  • For the cake; 2 eggs, 1 tea glass of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of mormix (who does not want to use mormix can add 1 tablespoon of cocoa), 1 tea glass of flour, 1 pk vanilla, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • For the cream; 1 liter of milk, 4 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of starch, 1 glass of granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g butter, 1 or 2 pk vanilla, 2 pk fresh cream or 1 pk whipped cream with milk

  • To decorate; Banana, Strawberry



Let's froth the sugar with the egg. Then add the other ingredients and mix. Let's divide into cups greased with butter.


Let's put them in the pot and pour enough water to come to the handles, cover the pot with a clean cloth, and then close the lid of the pot tightly. After boiling on high until boiling, let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat.


Let's whisk milk, flour, starch, granulated sugar and eggs in a separate place and cook. When it starts to boil, add the butter and vanilla.


Blend it with a blender until you get a smooth consistency. Let's let it cool. Let's cover it with a stretch so that there is no crust.


In another bowl, beat the cream until it thickens. Put it on the cooled cream and beat it with a mixer until it gets a smooth consistency.


Chop the strawberries and bananas and add them to the cream. Let's cut the baked cakes with a cutting thread or a knife, put cream on the cut areas and cover them with cake. Let's decorate it the way we want.
