Siyez Flour Bagel
For dough; 3 glasses of einkorn flour, 1 glass of warm water, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, Half a pack of fresh yeast
For the above; 2 tablespoons of molasses, Half a tea glass of water, 1 packet of sesame
We knead the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, leave it to ferment for 45 minutes.
