Spaghetti Bolognese

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 250gr minced meat

  • 1 small carrot

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • half an onion

  • Celery stalk, if any

  • 1 teaspoon Salsa

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon marjoram



For the sauce, we first caramelize the onion in our heated pan, then add the carrots and celery stalk, then add the garlic and minced meat, fry for 7 minutes, add the tomato paste and fry it, then add a teaspoon of butter and spices and let it brew.


After boiling 250gr spaghetti pasta for 6 minutes, we add it to our sauce and turn it in a pan for 2 more minutes. You can add parmesan or your favorite cheese on top.
