Spicy Chips

  • 1 Whole Dough

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

  • 1 teaspoon of mint

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of cornmeal

  • 1 teacup of oil

  • 3/4 cup of water

  • 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon of salt



We apply the sauce mixture to half of a full phyllo and fold it. We cut it in half in half and sauce it all over. We turn the back sides of the pieces we sauced and sauce them there, and we get triangles by cutting them vertically, horizontally and then diagonally.


First, we bake it at 160 degrees for 7 minutes. Then we bake it in the oven at 100 degrees until it dries by leaving the door ajar with the help of a spoon. We get it when it's crispy.
