Spinach Cut Dessert
For the dough: 2 heaping tablespoons of spreadable margarine (I used bread for you), 1 tea glass of oil, 25 leaves of spinach, 1 egg, Half a glass of granulated sugar, Half a glass of semolina, 4 glasses of flour, 1 packet of vanilla, 1 packet of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of water
For Sherbet: 3 glasses of sugar, 2.5 glasses of water, 3-4 drops of lemon juice
First, start by making the syrup. Take the sugar and water in the pot and let it boil. After boiling, add lemon juice and boil for 2 more minutes and remove from the stove to cool.
When making the dough, first put the spinach in the chopper. After pulling, add the egg and granulated sugar and pass it through the rondo together.
Add 1 tablespoon of water on it and mix it well and turn it into a rondo (Putting together in a rondo will make the spinach puree)
Then, mix all the dough ingredients, except flour, in a deep bowl. Add the flour last and knead.
Roll it on a baking tray with greaseproof paper, cut it to the size you want with a knife, and bake it in an oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (without losing its green color by turning pink on the bottom).
Oven temperature and time may vary. Take it out of the oven and pour the cold syrup over it (Dessert will be hot, syrup will be cold). You can garnish with coconut and serve.
