Stone Cheesecake
Ingredients
600gr labneh cheese
3 eggs
1 glass of sugar
200ml krema
2 tablespoons of starch
1 packet of vanilla
1 tablespoon of flour
For the base; 100 gr butter, 2 packs of vetch biscuits
For the above; 3 kiwis, Kiwi sauce
Instructions
Pass the biscuit through the robot. Mix with 100 grams of melted butter and lay the bottom of the springform pan with greaseproof paper. Press the biscuit mix into the bottom of the mould. And put it in the fridge until ready.
For the cheesecake, put the labneh and sugar in the bowl and mix, then add the other ingredients and the eggs one by one. Pour this cream into the mold.
Bake for 50 – 55 minutes at a preheated 170 degree upside down setting. Let's cut the kiwis into slices and arrange them, prepare the kiwi sauce like the recipe above and pour it on the cheesecake. You can serve it after resting in the fridge.

Notes
Do not beat more than necessary, I think this is the most important trick.
