  • Flour

  • molasses

  • cold water

  • butter

  • strawberry

  • starch

  • gelatin powder



First of all, let's knead 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of molasses, 120 g of butter, 2-3 tablespoons of cold water well and get the dough. Let our dough stand in the cupboard for 1 hour.


Let's mix about 350 grams of strawberries, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of starch and 1 teaspoon of powdered gelatin.


Let's open our dough so that it is not too thin. Then let's pour the strawberry mixture over it. Let's curl the edges according to the shape we want and lay eggs on the edges. Let's bake in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
