Ingredients

  • 1 kg. Strawberry (it will be small in size)

  • 1 kg. Granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon butter (to reduce foaming)

We choose small sized strawberries. We clean the stems and keep them in vinegar water for 5 minutes, then wash them well and leave them to drain.

After filtering for 20 minutes, we put granulated sugar, strawberries, granulated sugar, strawberries in a large pot in rows as if they will come, and close the lid of the pot and keep it in the refrigerator all night. If you don't have much time, you can wait up to 3 hours.

The next morning, the strawberries have released their juices and the sugar has melted. We let it boil over low heat in the smallest chamber on the stove. Don't forget to look at the clock when it starts to boil.

We will boil it for 40-50 minutes. As the strawberries boil, foams will form. We will add butter and let the foaming disperse. Don't forget to mix it up every now and then.

After 40 minutes, there will be light foams, you can collect them with the help of a spoon and throw them away. my jam came to its full consistency as a result of boiling for 50 minutes. It will thicken a little when it stops.

We take the pot that we have covered and put it aside with a damp cloth and leave it to cool. We can take our jam into jars until it cools completely. With this measure, I got 1 jar and 1 large bowl of jam.
