4 cups sugar
Half a lemon
We clean and wash the strawberries, pour sugar on them and leave them for 2-3 hours. Then we put it on the fire and after 5-10 minutes after it starts to boil, we squeeze the lemon.
Boil on low heat for a total of 1 hour. We take the foam that accumulates on it from time to time and throw it away. Finally, we pass it through the blender and pour it into jars.
