Strawberry Summer Cake
1.5 cups granulated sugar
2 cups flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
Crack the eggs at room temperature into a mixing bowl, add granulated sugar and whisk well. (At least 5 minutes)
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix again. Grease your baking dish with solid oil and pour it on the cake mix you have prepared.
Place the pre-washed and dried strawberries and hazelnuts on the cake and bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 45 minutes and check with a toothpick.
If it comes out dry, take the cake out of the oven and let it rest for at least 2 hours, then sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve.
