Sugar Free Dessert with Milk Syrup
For the cake; 3 eggs, 1/2 water glass of mulberry sugar (we get the dried mulberries by pulling them from the rondo), 4 tablespoons of whole wheat flour/oat flour etc., 1/3 tea glass of semolina, 1 packet of baking powder, 3 drops of lemon juice
For sherbet; 2 glasses of milk, 1/2 glass of mulberry sugar (you can use liquid sweetener.)
For the above; 1 pack of labneh (180 g), 3-4 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (honey, date juice, etc.), coconut powder
First, we prepare our syrup. It will need to cool. Add milk and sugar to a saucepan and cook until boiling. After boiling, take it off the stove and let it cool.
For the cake; In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mulberry sugar well. Add the remaining ingredients, one by one, and whisk again.
We pour our mortar into a greased square debt. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
For the above; We whisk our labneh and sweetener in a bowl. After the cake is baked, pour the cooled syrup over it. It draws the syrup in a short time. You can poke holes in the cake with a toothpick.
We spread our whipped labneh on our dessert that has drawn its syrup. Sprinkle nutmeg on the last. We keep it in the refrigerator to cool. You can serve after cooling. Enjoy your meal.
