Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
100g butter
100g dark chocolate
1 cup iced water
Instructions
Milk, egg yolks, sugar, flour and cocoa are constantly mixed in the pot to the consistency of custard.
The bottom of the stove is closed and butter and chocolate are added. After the oil and chocolate have melted, iced water is put in and mixed.
