Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice

  • 50 ml rice vinegar

  • half tablespoon of sugar

  • salt

  • seaweed

  • Salmon

  • avocado

  • soy sauce

Instructions

Boil 1 cup of rice after washing it. Add 50 ml of rice vinegar to the boiled rice.

Add half a tablespoon of sugar. Add salt to the rice, a teaspoon. Rub the rice on the seaweed with your hands and cover. Top with salmon or surimi.

Add avocado cut into sticks. Wrap it in a tight roll. Cut the sushi into rings by wetting the knife. You can eat it by dipping it in soy sauce.

Notes

You can substitute cucumber for avocado. You can substitute tuna for salmon and surimi.
