  • 5 Apples (Sliced)

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 200 grams of butter

  • Very Little Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Icing Sugar

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 pinch of salt



For the tart dough, first of all, break the egg yolks into a bowl and mix. Flour is sifted. Add the icing sugar and salt and mix well.


Add 100 gr. of butter pieces to it and knead the butter without softening it too much. The egg yolks are added and kneaded for a short time until the dough is rolled up.


Wrap the dough in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. For shaping, the dough opened with a roller is placed in the tart mold finely.


Bake in the oven at 175 degrees and for 15 minutes. The sugar is caramelized together with 100 g of butter. Half of the caramelized sugar is poured over the pre-baked tart dough. Apples are carefully laid out on top.


Caramelized sugar is poured on it again. Cinnamon is sprinkled on the apples and the apples are lined up again. The rest of the caramel sugar is added. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes and serve.
