  • Material Distributions; 1 glass of warm water, 1 tea glass of warm milk, Half a tea glass of oil, 1 packet of dry yeast, 4 cubes of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 4.5 glasses of sifted flour (with controlled addition)

  • For the above; 1 glass of water, Half a tea glass of molasses, 1.5 glasses of roasted sesame (Take the Teflon pan to the stove. Add sesame seeds, stir fry until it turns brown.)



Take yeast, sugar, milk and water in the bowl and mix them. Cover and wait for 5 minutes for pre-yeast yeast. Add flour and salt to the mixing bowl.


The middle opens. Add the yeast mixture and oil and knead well. A soft dough is obtained. Cover and leave for 1 hour to ferment. Then the dough is taken to the counter.


It is divided into 10 equal parts. Each of the meringues is extended in the form of a roll, and the two rolls are wrapped in a braid and the ends are joined. Water and molasses are mixed.


Bagels are first dipped in water with molasses. He then becomes thirsty. Line them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper, and wait for 10 minutes.


Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees until golden brown. (Place a heatproof bowl of hot water on the floor of the oven) Bon appetit.
