  • Half a glass of oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 glass of water Milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1.5 teaspoons of granulated sugar

  • 4 glasses of flour (Let's add it with control after the 3rd glass)

  • 2 packets of baking powder

Let's take the egg, oil, milk, salt, granulated sugar and baking powder into the kneading bowl and mix.


Then slowly add the flour and knead. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes.


Let's take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them out with our hands. Let's place the cheese filling and close it in a D shape.


Let's make scratches by pressing the closed part with a fork. Let's place our pastries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame and black cumin seeds.


Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven. Yeast-free soft pastries are ready for those who will try it, Bon appetit ????
