Urfa Shish Kebab
Ingredients
1 Medium Dried Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
5-6 Sprigs of Parsley
1 dessert spoon of Isot
1 teaspoon salt

Half a kilo of single shot (We made thick meat in a meat grinder at home. You can also buy it as ground beef for kebab from your butcher), I used medium fat meat, and tail fat can be added.

Finely chop the parsley and onions. Let's mix all the ingredients and knead.
