Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Dried Onion

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic

  • 5-6 Sprigs of Parsley

  • 1 dessert spoon of Isot

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Half a kilo of single shot (We made thick meat in a meat grinder at home. You can also buy it as ground beef for kebab from your butcher), I used medium fat meat, and tail fat can be added.

Finely chop the parsley and onions. Let's mix all the ingredients and knead.

Let's line up the garbage bottles with our hands. After resting for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, let's fry both sides in a cast iron pan.
