  • 1 piece of zucchini

  • 100gr cauliflower

  • 100gr broccoli

  • 2 capya peppers

  • 2 village peppers

  • 1 medium onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 cup cream

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • A pinch of black pepper



After chopping our onions for half a month into our heated pan, let's sweat them so that they are squared, then add our cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini and peppers, then roast for 5-6 minutes, then add the garlic and roast for 1 more minute and add the soy sauce and then the cream and add our spices, cover the bottom, turn the wraps we wrapped in tortilla bread in a flat pan in a very little olive oil over medium heat until golden brown and the result is a perfect wrap appetizer ????
