Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa

  • 90 grams of chocolate (I used dark, if you want, you can mix it with milk and bitter.)

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 5 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of milk

  • One and a half teaspoons of flour

  • pinch of salt

Instructions

First, melt the butter on the stove. After the butter melts, add the chocolate and turn off the heat. At the temperature of the oil, the chocolate will melt.

Separate the yolk and white of the egg until this mixture has cooled. Beat the white until it becomes cloudy.

Mix the egg yolks with sugar and milk. Add flour and salt and mix.

Add the warmed chocolate oil mixture. Finally, add the egg white and mix. (Stir the egg white by folding it without deflating it. At this stage, mix it with a spatula. No whisk.)

Grease the bowls you will serve and put them in the preheated 180 degree oven. After removing it, you can add powdered sugar and ice cream on top.
