  • For the dough; 1 egg, 1 tea glass of sugar, 125g butter at room temperature, 1 tea glass of oil, 4 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 packet of vanilla, 1 packet of baking powder, 3 glasses of flour

  • For sherbet; 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of water



First, let's prepare the syrup for our cookies. For this, let's take sugar and water in our pot and let it boil by mixing it.


Take it off the stove 5-6 minutes after it boils, and transfer it to a different container to cool. While our syrup is cooling, let's prepare our dough in the meantime. Take the egg in a mixing bowl and beat it with a mixer.


Add sugar and butter to it and continue beating. Let's start kneading our dough by adding liquid oil, sifted cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and some flour.


Let's take walnut-sized pieces from our dough and shape it by rolling it with our hands.


Let's leave our shaped cookies to bake in the preheated 170 ° C oven for about 30 minutes.


Let's put the cookies we bought from the oven into the cooled syrup, let them wait for 2-3 seconds in the syrup, then take them to the serving plate. Bon appetit
